EMA NI - deadline reminder
We must receive student applications before 31 March 2026 for them to be eligible for EMA in academic year 2025/26. We must receive all student evidence to support their application before 31 August 2026 for them to be eligible.
EMA Wales – EMA Learning Agreements
New students must submit their application form to us within 13 weeks from the start of their course. Returning students must sign their EMA Learning Agreement within 13 weeks from the start of their course to have their payments backdated. The start of the course is the date in the Course Start Date field on the Learning Centre Portal.
WGLG - withdrawals
If a student decides to withdraw from your Learning Centre permanently, you must update the Learning Centre Portal to show this. You must submit 100% of withdrawals within 30 working days.
