Total confirmations indicator

The Total confirmations indicator helps you to determine how many eligible weeks a student has remaining for EMA.

Follow these steps to see the indicator for an individual student.

1. Go to the Customer Search area of the Learning Centre Portal.
   
   
2. Run a search to find the student. 
   
   
3. Select the student’s surname to open their record. 
   
   
4. Select Attendance Confirmations.
   
   
5. Look under Attendance Details to see how many confirmations you’ve submitted for this student.

If you need a full list of total confirmations for all students at your Learning Centre, go to the Worklists area of the portal and open the Attendance Worklist. You may need to scale down the page to see the Total confirmations indicator.
