Confirm Attendance tab


You can use the Confirm Attendance tab to process an individual student’s weekly attendance confirmations. You can also see their attendance history for previous weeks.


How to confirm attendance

  1. Sign into the Learning Centre Portal.

  2. Select Customer Search from the menu bar and run a search to find the relevant student.

  3. Open the Confirm Attendance tab.

  4. Select the In Attendance or Not In Attendance radio button for the relevant week.

  5. Select Save. This will open a popup that confirms your saved work.

If you confirm a student is in attendance during a holiday week, you’ll need to enter an attendance note. This will tell us why the student should receive EMA for that week. The options are:

  • summer course
  • work experience
  • study class
  • Prince’s Trust
  • other

If you select other, you’ll need to enter a note to tell us why the student is in attendance.


SLC confirmations

You may occasionally see SLC in the Confirmed by column of the Confirm Attendance tab.

This means we’ve made the confirmation and you cannot override it on the portal.

If you need to change it, you’ll need to contact our Partners Support Desk who can do this for you.
