WGLG FE Learning Centre Portal and online application service will soon be available for academic year (AY) 2025/26

The WGLG FE Learning Centre Portal and WGLG FE online application service will be available from 2 June for AY 2025/26.

Please encourage your students to apply online where possible. This should make the application journey easier and lead them to receive award confirmation quicker.

To promote the online service for AY 2025/26, ‘coming soon’ posters are available on the LC Services website. You can display them in areas where students will see them.

We’ll provide ‘apply now’ posters closer to launch date. These will include a QR code, making it quicker and easier for students to apply.

Students will also be able to download WGLG FE application forms and guidance from the Student Finance Wales website.

Please let students know about the new rates to help them make an informed decision about their study. We'll update the online application and downloadable application with the new rates.

New rates for new and continuing students for AY 2025/26

Any printed forms we've already sent you will have the old rates. When these forms get processed we'll assess them using the new rates.
