WGLG FE Learning Centre Portal and online application service is now available for academic year 2025/26

The WGLG FE Learning Centre Portal and WGLG FE online application service is now available for academic year (AY) 2025/26.

Please encourage your students to apply online where possible. This should make the application journey easier and lead to a quicker student award confirmation. 

To promote the WGLG FE online service for AY 2025/26, we’ve provided ‘Apply Now’ posters for you to display in areas where students will see them. These include a QR code, making it quicker and easier for students to apply. You can download and print them from the LC Services website. 

Your students can also download WGLG FE application forms and guidance from the Student Finance Wales website. 

The WGLG FE academic year start date will be Monday 8 September 2025. We'll count the 10 day period for students to sign their learning agreements from then. 

The WGLG FE learning agreement forms and payment guides are available on the Learning Centre Portal.

Please let students know about the new rates to help them make an informed decision about their study.

New rates for new and continuing students for AY 2025/26

The online application and downloadable application have the new rates. Any printed forms we've already sent you will have the old rates. When we process these forms we'll assess them using the new rates.
