We’ll be in touch soon to let you know when the WGLG FE service for AY 2025/26, including online applications, will be available. We expect this to be towards the end of May.
To promote the online service for AY 2025/26, we’ll provide ‘Apply Now’ posters for you to display in areas where students will see them. These will include a QR code, making it quicker and easier for students to apply.
‘Coming Soon’ posters are available on the LC Services website. 'Apply now' posters will be available closer to the launch date.
Students will also be able to download WGLG FE application forms and guidance from the Student Finance Wales website.
Please let students know about the new rates to help them make an informed decision about their study. We'll update the online application and downloadable application with the new rates.
Any printed forms we've already sent you will have the old rates. When these forms get processed we'll assess them using the new rates.
