Learning Centre Portal opening early before Christmas

The Learning Centre Portal will open early for EMA attendance confirmations for the week ending Friday 23 December. You can submit your confirmations from Monday 19 December so they're in place before the holiday period starts.

To meet the service standards, you must return a weekly attendance confirmation for every student, whether they're in attendance or not. Please make sure to update your portal information before you leave for the Christmas break.

It is also a really good time to check for any unconfirmed attendances from previous weeks. You can do this by checking if there is an unconfirmed weeks box in the attendance worklist area of your portal.

If you have not done so already, please check that you've marked your Christmas break as a holiday in the maintenance section of the portal. Please make sure the following weeks are marked as holidays:

• any weeks your Learning Centre is closed for holidays
• any weeks your Learning Centre is only open for one day

This will automatically mark all students as on holiday, ensuring the portal is up to date.
