Reactivating a WGLG FE Learning Agreement

If a student returns to study after a period of absence and you're satisfied they’ve returned permanently, you can reactivate their WGLG FE Learning Agreement. This will allow them to receive WGLG FE again.

You can only reactivate agreements that are suspended.

1. Sign into the Learning Centre Portal and select Customer Search.
   
   
2. Run a search to bring up the student’s record.
   
   
3. Open the Maintain Course Details tab.
   
   
4. Select Reactivate and enter the effective date.
   
   
5. Select Save.
