EMA Service Review Forums 2024

If you haven’t already registered there is still time and limited spaces available for our 2024 EMA Service review forum.

Face-to-face events are all morning sessions from 9.30am to 12pm (working lunch from 12.00pm - 12.30pm). We'll provide tea and coffee and a light lunch.

Virtual events will be held on Microsoft Teams:

16 April – morning session from 9.30am to 11.30am

19 April – morning session from 9.30am to 11.30am

Cyber-attacks

Cyber-attacks or security incidents are becoming more frequent in the education sector. Some of these can result in the loss of our data or restricted access to our systems. This can affect our ability to make payments to our customers.

If there is a cyber-attack or security incident that affects your student data system resulting in you being unable to make data returns to us, you must contact your Account Manager as soon as possible and within 24 hours at the latest of becoming aware of the incident.

LC Portal opening early for Easter

We're opening the Learning Centre Portal early for entries for the week ending 29 March.
This means you can submit attendances from Monday 25 March, which will ensure allocations are in place before you break for the holidays.

Please make sure to mark the following weeks as holidays:

• all weeks your Learning Centre is closed for holidays
• all weeks your Learning Centre is only open for one day

This will automatically mark all students as on holiday, ensuring the portal is up to date.

Please also check the unconfirmed weeks section of the portal for any outstanding student payments.

EMA application packs for academic year 2024/25

We'll start sending out your allocation of EMA application packs for academic year 2024/25 on week starting 15 April, after you return from the Easter holidays. We'll send out further updates at the time.
