Bonus Worklist
You can use the Bonus Worklist tab to allow or disallow bonus payments to students.
Bonuses are paid in January and June. You can edit the data in this tab for 6 weeks before the bonus date. At all other times this tab is read only.
If notes have been made for the student in the portal, you will see them on this page.
How to confirm bonuses
- Go to Worklists and open the Bonus Worklist tab. Or select the relevant Unconfirmed Bonus link from the homepage.
- Select Search and choose the correct bonus period. This will bring up a list of your students.
- Go to the Bonus Status column and select the appropriate radio button for each student.
The options are Bonus Disallowed and Bonus Confirmed. If you have not made a decision for the student, do not select either but move on to the next student on the list.
Once you’ve selected Bonus Confirmed or Bonus Disallowed, you cannot return the selection to blank. You can change from one option to the other, but you should only do this before the payment is made. - When you’ve reviewed all students on the list, select Save.
