EMA NI - EMA Agreement Form Part 2 completion
Please remind students that they must sign their EMA Learning Agreement Part 2 by 2 December to be eligible for a January bonus payment. If they’ve met their objectives, allocate their bonus on the bonus worklist tab of the portal. Please allocate the bonus as soon as you can. You should also make a disallowed bonus submission for any students who have not achieved their objectives. You must hold a review meeting with each student to explain why you've not approved their bonus.
EMA Wales – EMA Learning Agreements
New students must submit their application form to us within 13 weeks from the start of their course. Returning students must sign their EMA Learning Agreement within 13 weeks from the start of their course to have their payments backdated. The start of the course is the date in the Course Start Date field on the Learning Centre Portal.
WGLG FE - Attendance confirmations and withdrawals
You must submit 100% of attendance confirmations in December. Please confirm attendance for all eligible WGLG students for term one by 20 December. If a student withdraws from their course mid-year, update their Learning Agreement status to withdrawn on the portal. You must do this within 30 working days of the withdrawal date as per the service standards.
