Non-standard academic year
If you have a student who is on a non-standard academic year, such as a January start course, you should follow this process.
- The student applies and will receive their Provisional Award Letter.
- You should confirm the course details on the Learning Centre Portal as normal and contact our Partners Support Desk.
- The student will receive a Final Award Letter confirming their course details, Learning Centre and entitlement amount.
- You should confirm the student’s attendance for term 1 and 2 in January and May.
- You should then contact our Partners Support Desk to update the student’s attendance for term 3 in September.
