Reinstating an EMA Learning Agreement

You can reinstate a suspended EMA Learning Agreement if the student returns to your Learning Centre. For example, they might start attending again after recovering from long term sickness. If this happens, you must reinstate their EMA Learning Agreement before their EMA payments can start again.

1. Open the Learning Agreement Worklist.
   
   
2. In the Learning Agreement Status dropdown, select Suspended.
   
   
3. Select Search to bring up a list of suspended EMA Learning Agreements.
   
   
4. Select the student’s surname in the search results to open their EMA Learning Agreement details.
   
   
5. Select Reinstate and enter the effective date.
   
   
6. Select Save. This will open a popup where you can confirm the change.
